Guilherme was a really attentive mentor and coach. He gave me an awesome and complete training before I started my job, and after that, he offered close and humanized guidance during the working days, which makes him an AMAZING leader/boss. He did a really sharp personality profile/types analysis, which helped me to understand myself and the team a lot better. He is an inspiration regarding organization and processes management, and he assisted me in organizing my workflow smartly and reliably, which I will always be grateful!
